Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your rental agreement. To ensure a smooth process, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before your intended cancellation date. Cancellations made within this period will be subject to a cancellation fee highlighted in the agreement. If the notice period is not met, additional charges may apply. Refunds of security deposits will be processed within 10 days after the final inspection of the property, provided there are no damages or outstanding balances. Reimbursment policy

We strive to provide the best service possible, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to request a refund, please contact us within [number] days of your payment date. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the payment date and the property has not been occupied, a full refund will be issued.
Partial Refund: If the cancellation is made after 14 days but before 10 days of the scheduled move-in date, a partial refund will be issued, deducting a cancellation fee of 15%.
No Refund: If the cancellation is made after the scheduled move-in date or if the property has been occupied, no refund will be issued.
